Relational CONFLICT

Two conflicting forces cannot exist in one human heart

We all come from various background that involved some conflict in family and intimate relationships. People may fight, argue, or even become physical with one another when there is a disagreement. Addressing relational conflict can be both scary or a relief for others. Some people do not talk about their issues which can lead to detachment or distance in the relationships. Others may have experienced significant family violence where they were unable to talk about their thoughts/feelings in a safe way.

Below are my specialities as it relates to family conflict:

  • Sibling conflict

  • Adult children communicating with parent/caregiver

  • Parenting issues (co-parenting)

  • Conflict resolution
