Anxiety is a response characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical changes. While most of us have some form of anxiety, people that seek support have a difficult time managing these reactions. People with anxiety usually have recurring intrusive thoughts or concerns. You may avoid certain situations out of worry. Anxiety can also impact work/school performance and interpersonal relationships.

Many people experience difficulty recognizing what is happening as they see it “as coming out of nowhere”. We will explore the root cause of what is occurring and problem solve ways to resolve.
